Based in San Francisco, he owns and operates celebrated restaurants that showcase his bold approach to modern American cuisine, including Wayfare Tavern, a beloved destination for elevated comfort food, and Miller & Lux, a classic steakhouse known for its impeccable sourcing and craftsmanship, which recently expanded to the Four Seasons Resort Hualalai. Her work has supported notable organizations, including the Blaine County Housing Authority, Higher Ground, and the Sun Valley Museum of Art. Whether leading private cooking classes or designing bespoke events, Melissa’s goal is to create lasting E through food experiences—crafting flavors and memories that endure long after the meal is done.
